Sun Beach House

Staff was too good. They know little english but very very helpful at some times. Location was so perfect 2-3 mins to Patong Beach and 5-7 mins walk to Bangla Road for party. 10-12 mins walk to Jungceylon Shopping Mall. 10mins walk to Hard Rock Cafe and OTOP Night Market. Lobby is full of Dvds and Books if you want anything. 5mins to Massage Parlors and small shopping shops. They accommodate us on 1st floor as there was no lift and we were with a baby. This hotel is the last hotel on Soi Wattana and the road is blocked from other side, so no traffic on this road and its quite and peaceful. Room was good but the bed was just ok not so good. The road Soi Wattana is full of Tailored shops, Day Trips Stalls, Halal Food Restaurants, Tuc Shops. Bad: In the room, we got Queen Bed and through booking.com we asked for a king size bed. they don't have rooms available so we have to compromise on that queen size bed for 5 nights with a baby. No Lift, so avoid higher floors. No good room views due to buildings around unless front road side rooms. The Dog - the people managing the hotel have one puppy dog and that dog was too irritating sometimes, you cant enter the hotel when the dog is there. No bike rentals in this hotel, every hotel in Patong owns few bikes to give on rent.

great guess house right in the middle of patong beach. 2 mins to the beach.5/10 mins to bangla and shopping centre. very helpful staff and very clean and tidy accommodation.would recommend 1 of the deluxe suites with a balcony. go for rooms 103 / 203 / 303 / these do not have to many stairs to climb.and smoking is aloud on the balconys and is also a guest friendly house.

Stayed for 2nights. Had the room with balcony. Worth the price. 5min walk to bangla rd and just a stone throw away from beach. Good restaurant around. Overall, its worth the price you pay. Go for rooms with balcony. No smoking in rooms though. Guest friendly hotel.
