Thai classic house hotel in patong few hundred metres away from the back of chanceylone shopping centre.. Please avoid and Avoid.. Came the first day the room looked OK at the start,, it only when I went to bed in that evening I realised that the mattress was very hard to sleep on, it felt like sleeping on a cardboard palat not a bed , without forgetting the huge health hazard electric wire in the shower sticking out dangerously .. Now despite enduring a long sleeps night that night. As result I was absolutely chattered the next day .. I spoke to the person responsible for the hotel about the issue and she reassured me that she was going to put a top up mattress for me that day, but as a humble person I trust her deceiving smile and I settle for her honest reassurance ,, came the second night nothing happened. Same twist and turns,, cut the story short.. I decided to move away to another hotel nearby clean, spacious, very comfortable mattress and much cheaper than this one.. Incredible.. So I confronted the person of the hotel I was currently staying at by asking for a refund. I offered her to keep the money for that night and refund me the rest,, she declined, I threatened to go to the police, she wanted to make a deal this time by keeping my deposit and changing me for a night I didn't stayed in.. I never accepted her deceiving offer but I though I have to cut my losses and settle for whatever I could by recouping anythings from the money she took from me.. I would say to others innocent tourists travelling to the area.. Be very very careful and trade very Wisley,, you are at Satan playground here, you will never win it doesn't matter how smart you are..

When I arrived at Thai classic for our engagement I was told I would be staying at the Firefly hotel opposite which has the same owners.They showed me a small room with no Tv and at best was a 1 star rating.I said I had booked a deluxe double at the Thai classic hotel,the answer was were full at the Thai classic,take it or leave it.I am sorry but to me it’s a fraud.Promise somethings good and give something poor,after all it’s Christmas so your options are limited.I have spent a total of 4 years in Asia and this is the worst experience I have had.Please Stay away and don’t be drawn in by low prices because you won’t get what you expected.Its totally ruined our Christmas.The owner is non Thai, that probably explains it because Thai hotels are people people are normally excellent and professional!! DO NOT STAY HERE

This place is a scam. Unsanitary and dirty. The owner is a horrible person and a scam. After I prepaid for 4 nights, I received no refund after leaving in 8 hours due to how disgusting this place was. Here’s my review after my airbnb experience.
