This hotel is budget friendly and has the potential to be really lovely. The location is great, very quiet, right in the rain forest and away from the town, Unless you hire a car or scooter it is either a 15 minute walk up and down some very steep hills or the hotel shuttle which runs a few time a day from 10:00 until 17:00. It has a lovely beach with sun loungers on a terrace above. There is an infinity pool which is lovely. It cascades into a smaller lower pool which unfortunately lets it down as there is green algae all around the edge. There are two types of room. The first being jungle bungalows which are rustic. They are fine if you are on a tight budget as they are reasonably priced. On the plus side the room we had was equipped with aircon and a very comfortable king size bed. Not so good was that there was no room for a second bedside table. There was no hot water plumbed to the sink and if there was hot water plumbed to the shower it didn’t work. It was also sadly lacking in electrical points. If you can overlook these issues the room was fine but needs updating. The second type of rooms are the ‘Pavillions’. Brick and concrete structures built into the hillside.When we asked to upgrade the manager was very helpful and found us a vacant room which was much larger, and much more confortable. The hotel restaurant served breakfast for those on a B&B basis. But very few guests ate there in the evening. Despite this being quite a nice hotel it was let down by some of the standards. The cleaning wasn’t very thorough, and particularly at breakfast the staff didn’t clear plates from the tables. The reception staff weren’t briefed properly and gave conflicting advice. When we checked out we were told that we could not use a free room to shower in but had to use the pool shower. But a member of the management team was much more accommodating .The lady who handles the taxi bookings and day trips was mostly texting or on her phone and didn’t stop to deal with my request. I know that I am being particularly critical as on the whole it is very good value for money but if the service and cleaning were taken up a notch it could be considerably better.

Bungalows in the middle of jungle with av3c snorkling on the beach. No noise, no music is great. A hotel that is CSR no plastic bottles in the rooms. Towels are not changed systematically every day if requested. No samples of toiletries with plastic. Good job! This hotel is surrounded by luxury hotel construction in the making and this wonderful cove will very quickly be crowded and less accessible. The bungalows are aging no pictures of bathrooms and sanitary except those of the suites or luxury bungalow. On Tripadvisor, what you see is not really what you get. The morning buffet, not diversified enough always the same 3 fruits offered pineapple, watermelon and dragon fruits. Too bad! Considering the richness of fruit here. The kitchen is not crazy, it is not very refined. Pastries to avoid, they are better in France! It would be better not to serve it. If we have a big flight delay there's no way to take a shower and change. All rooms are rented!!!! Request a bungalow close to the reception/restaurant so you don't have to climb all the steps. The staff is available, charming and welcoming. The hotel shuttles: very little per day and 2 stops offered beach and 7/11. She could go as far as Rawai. Especially it should be bigger because not everyone fits into it every day. You have to rush 15 minutes before departure time to get a seat. Site not recommended for wheelchair and stroller everything is sloping with steps. Think slippers because of the rocks in the water. Otherwise stay exotic and relaxing.

They live in this complex for the first time. This is built at first sight in the "green". There are many very light-flooded pavilions deluxe or standard cottages in simple wooden lock.The first impression of the complex: The access is disastrous. Completely worn and very dark. With the scooter it sometimes takes longer to get to Nai Harn Beach from the complex about 10 minutes, because of the construction sites. Very steep start. Even taxi drivers take increased prices for the ride to this facility. It is built very lively in the immediate vicinity. Also right next to the facility. Also the possibility to use loungers almost at the sea should be considered the construction site noise. The construction noise goes on all day. 7 days a week. Access to the beach is via stairs. The beach itself is also used by non-hotel guests! In the complex itself we felt it was very quiet. The paths are provided with many steps. You shouldn't be impaired. Staff at reception are friendly. In service, well, we know it differently (23 times in Thailand). Wouldn't want to talk it bad. Certainly won't come back to this facility.
