We payed breakfast but they dont have it. Toilet without ventilation. When you use it better live out the room. Liking from toilet bowl. One evening and half next day no water. Wi fi poor. Air condition above the bed.

My wife and I are regular visitors to Phuket, and returned again to stay at Baan Oui, in Nai Harn as part of our last 5 week vacation. During January 2016 we had 11 nights in a Deluxe double room (we've also had friends from Singapore stay here). As previously Reviewed :- The plus points are that the location is so convenient (central between beach and town/restaurants), the price is reasonable, the rooms are spacious & cleaned daily, and the in-room facilities you need are included (free wi-fi, fridge, safe etc.) All-in-all it's a great choice if you're travelling for a while, and want a base in the south of Phuket. Baan Oui remains our '2nd Home' whilst in Phuket, and it's a definite recommend.

We really liked our time at baan oui. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but so is everything in Nai Harn. There's some ok places near by to eat. We enjoyed the burgers and bar at super burger down the road. The room itself was very spacious and nice. It came with a kettle, tea and coffee. The view from the balcony was outstanding. It was so lush. Amazing. The hotel is very clean and accommodating. They even give you towels for the beach and they burn natural oils so the place smells awesome. I would stay again, but Nai Harn is kind of a weird beach in general... I'll stick to Krabi.
