I stayed at Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort for seven nights, and this experience became much more than just a relaxing holiday for me. From the beginning, I felt very safe and well cared for. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. In particular, the restaurant team always paid attention to how I was feeling and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Small acts of kindness made a big difference, especially when I wasn't feeling my best. The Ayurvedic program was also a valuable experience. Through the consultation, treatments, yoga, food, and simply spending time in such a peaceful environment, I gradually became more aware of what my body actually needs. I especially enjoyed the meals. They were gentle, nourishing, and full of flavors that were new to me. I discovered ingredients and ways of eating that I now want to incorporate into my everyday life in Japan. What surprised me most was how different I felt toward the end of my stay. I had been carrying a lot of tension in my body, particularly around my neck and shoulders, but I began to feel noticeably lighter and more relaxed. I also learned simple things I can continue at home: warming my body, breathing deeply, eating slowly, and taking time to notice how I actually feel. The resort itself is quiet, surrounded by greenery, and has a very peaceful atmosphere. I also appreciated that I never felt pressured to constantly "do" something. There was space to simply rest. After returning to Japan, I realized that I had brought more home with me than souvenirs. Some of the habits I learned during my stay have already become part of my daily life. Thank you to everyone at Mangosteen for taking such good care of me. I hope to return someday — not only for another holiday, but to reconnect with the feeling I found there.

Picturesque escape from the chaotic outside life. A perfect reset button to reorient yourself. Staff members go above and beyond to make you feel at home, management is amazing with personalizing our program to suit our special requirements. Will definitely return again in the future. Fully recommend to come try Mangosteen out at least once, you won't regret it.
