Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa

Were at this hotel from May 21 to May 31, 2026. A fairytale hotel for a quiet, family vacation with children or a couple. It's a paradise for relaxing! I highly recommend this chic hotel NAIYANG BEACH RESORT AND SPA during the rainy season in Phuket! Driving past other beaches, saw large waves and none of the bathers, we hurried to our favorite beach Na Yang, where daily, adults and children alike bathed with pleasure (personally, I have been swimming on the sea since 6am-the sea is clear and warm)! The beach is public, but clean, is near the hotels across a small, narrow road! The main advantage of this beach: no waves and shade from beautiful trees and palm trees where you can comfortably hide from the sun! Opposite the hotel are tops with fruits, smoothies and various dishes - seafood, fish, meat, soups, fries, etc., which is prepared with you and can be taken to your room, you can eat on the beach grounds - they display plastic tables and chairs! Near the hotel, within walking distance there are exchangers (near the reception comes a micro truck with a good exchange rate), massage parlours, pharmacy, shops with souvenirs, with groceries, favorite 7 EVEN, where there is everything - and souvenirs and groceries and alcohol and ready sandwiches and household chemicals and medicines! The hotel really enjoyed itself – big, beautiful, well maintained! Since the reception, everyone smiles and tries to help make the holiday wonderful!!! In the room: safe (we didn't even use it, money and passports were in a suitcase and we were calm for their safety and security), 2 large towels, two small and 1 foot towel, two shower caps, cotton pads, gel, shampoo, TV with 4 Russian channels (maybe more, we weren't looking for), hairdryer (very good), two large umbrellas (very nice bonus), fridge, electric kettle, four glasses (two in the room, two in the bathroom), two large mugs! On the balcony: table, two chairs, drying. The hotel is perfectly clean, the room is cleaned every day, floors are cleaned, towels and bed linen are changed, 4 bottles of drinking water, one tea and coffee are added daily! The hotel grounds are well maintained, large and very beautiful, starting at 6am the staff starts cleaning the grounds. In the territory: 4 posh swimming pools: two shallow pools for children (one with a small water slide, a tipping bucket of water where children played from morning to evening) and two deeper pools for adults, next to pools sun loungers and parasols. There is free Wi-Fi on site (you must find the hotel name with Freie's signature - no password), in the room you must connect to Wi-Fi with your room number and enter your password (login and password card when entering the room). The food is excellent: we had buffet breakfasts: a wide variety of delicious dishes, pastries, two coffee machines, a toaster, watermelon fruit, pineapple, melon, papaya. You have eggs, omelets, doughnuts, waffles, pancakes – very delicious!!! At the restaurant, the waiters are very quick to add dishes, promptly remove the dirty plates, make sure to clean! Well done! The restaurant itself is large, beautiful, clean, always has tables available, opens from 07:30 to 10:30. How to get out of the hotel to the right and after the construction you have to turn right and after walking 300 meters you will reach the market, where there are souvenirs and clothing and seafood and fruit and vegetables, prices are cheaper than in the shops near the hotel (the market is open in the afternoon, after about 4 p.m.). In downtown Phuket, we took a taxi via the BOLT app (very convenient and inexpensive if you select the "little wait" feature). We went to the "rainy season" but we were very lucky with the weather, it was either raining at night or in the afternoon for an hour and then sun or cloud, so we didn't burn and got paradise pleasure from the holiday! I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and quiet family vacation without noisy restaurants or fuss! Thank you to every employee of this hotel for our wonderful holiday!!!

First lived on Nai Yang, chose this hotel for 2 days to see the National Park, relax before the flight to get close to the airport, airspot while, relax from our favorite active Patong and overly calm Bang Tao. It needed something in between, but not inferior to their foursome. Chose Nai Yang Beach Resort and didn't miss! Great hotel! Huge area, incredibly beautiful resort, quiet and very beautiful, polite caring staff, very spacious room (standard), excellent hot water pressure in the shower, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Breakfasts are delicious, table service is perfect, fast. The hotel is very Russian, which has a positive effect on the menu (we usually prefer a la carte, but due to the rainy season it was more convenient, especially since the area is too calm and until 10-12 everything is closed). There are a lot of swimming pools, but never tried because you wanted to enjoy the sea, but they look very clean and spacious, even because of the population - there is enough room for everyone. Really enjoyed the pets-friendly, there are lots of cats, birds and squirrels on the grounds - that's beautiful!
