This is one of the nicest guesthouses that we have stayed in, the rooms are big, comfortable, spotlessly clean and so nicely decorated, I have stayed in so called 5* hotels with rooms not as nice as this. The details are wonderful, plugs near mirrors, kettles near plugs, large modern bathrooms with lots of hooks for hanging stuff, plenty of coat hangers, a fridge, stuff when you are travelling that is not always available. The large balcony over looking the rice paddy is just gorgeous and a lovely place to sit with a drink and take in the serenity. It's a 10 minute drive into downtown Cha am so you do really need a car or motorbike (or bicycle) but it's worth it as it is so much nicer than the hustle and bustle of the town. Breakfast is American style with as much toast and coffee as you can eat/drink with eggs/ham/salad etc. Really tasty and nicely presented. We were supposed to check out at 12 but because we are the only guests they are letting us have the room until 2pm - how nice is that! I sincerely wish we could stay longer and wish them success in the future, they deserve it.

I have never given a perfect rating till now. Many say I am the Grinch who will steal Xmas. But this hotel is different. Very quiet, clean and very helpful and thoughtful owners. If you like a peaceful place away from the bars, this is it. Well done and keep up the good work.

If you are looking for comfortable, clean, quiet accommodations this is the place. Very clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. AC, hot shower, cable TV. The staff was fabulous. Picked us up and dropped us off at the beach; which is less than a 5 minutes drive. They also offer ATV experiences. Great for family’s.
