Perfect location in the old part of town, near great restaurants and the beach. Quiet, cheap, clean, friendly staff. I’ve stayed there twice and will again if I go back. Best feature: a lovely balcony to have coffee and watch/listen to monks singing in the early-morning before all the massage-girls wake up (6-8:30 AM). If you are an early-riser this guesthouse is a great choice! I don’t care about room size or the old TVs, I would still give 5/5, but the wifi is poor, and there is no elevator, so ask for the 3rd floor.

I love the decoration of this guest house. The room is a bit small but clean and the air conditioner worked well. The way to beach is a little far, however is near to night market. The restaurants nearby also not bad. For this price I think this guest house is really good choice.

Stayed in the Guest house for a single night together with my family. The guest house does not promise things they don't have. It's a great place to crash if you don't have high requirements for luxury and special facilities. We had a room for six people with our own bathroom. It was very simple and the water heater was defective but the air conditioning unit was working fine. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful.
