Sala Hua Hin Service Apartment & Hotel

Room space is good and comfortable but toilet is not present smell. Hotel is not near to the beach and difficult to find the access to the beach as no clear signage. Breakfast staff are polite and proactively.

It was the first hotel in my life that I walked out from although paid and booked another. Hotel is NOT in town centre! Is about 4 miles to central Hua hin! This is just a lie at their website that they are close to the centre. There is nothing around the hotel! Is next to motorway, no shops, no bars no restaurants nearby. To get a meal you have to use a taxi service every time as no scheduled bus service available. It would be ok if the price would be budget but it wasn't. It was average priced and you get nothing for your money. Apartments are supposed to be modern inside but instead you get rough concrete walls which are far away from comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately the staff is unpleasant too. They were rude, unprofessional and not helpful.

5km from the town. No bars or restaurants nearby. Stay somewhere else. The staff are rude and unhelpful... They wouldn't let us contact our holiday company. We ended up checking out because it was so inconvenient. The space in the suite was great. NOT a sea view, you have to hang out and look over 10 other balconies in order to see it. Seriously over sold. Expensive for Thailand also.
