I Resort Cliff View

I went there on a weekend. The view was nice. It's right infront of the sea. It's used to be a private condo and the hotel took over some part of it. It's very striaght for mixing the target groups in this hotel. When I was there, there was a big thai group come by two big buses. They had activities like raily during day time and very noisy karaoke (singing) with two big amplifiers at night time in the open air area. They were shouting and screaming too. I couldn't believe what I'd received for paying 2000+ baht per night !! The manager said that every guests must understand that because it's business and it's common there. Seemed to be one room there wasn't important for her.

Advertised as Hua Hin - 16km from Hua Hin. No hot water - told the staff 3 times ' some time work, some time not work' - I am not a fussy traveller, I have lived in Thailand for 2 years and know what to generally expect from a 2000bht a night hotel - hot water is one of them. I paid for a deluxe room and told the management: 1. Just after arrival 2. On the evening of arrival 3. The next day in the afternoon. (Told I expected discount for the non hot water) I was told it was repaired 3 times - it might have been, but by a noodle salesman or something, certainly not an electrician or plumber. I highlighted this at checkout, and was left arguing the toss for 30 minutes about how it was not their fault. 'Why did'nt you tell us before'. I told them 3 times. Give this hotel a wide berth, there are a plethora of hotels in the area which give better value for money, customer service and hot water.
