S Swiss Hotel

Enjoyed the Swiss hotel - friendly service, large clean rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast, good location, and helpful parking attendants. Would just bring tea for a morning cuppa next time, as they had a kettle but no tea making items.

The photos and info raise an expectation that unfortunately is not being realized. On arrival we felt like coffee but our room had no coffee or tea making facilities and the hotel does not provide a bar or restaurant and we could look outside the hotel for a cup of coffee. The edges of the pool were covered with pigeon poop. A renovation was in progress. The breakfast room is without atmosphere. The room is large and tasteful, the bathroom had a Japanese toilet, but it doesn't work and that has been around for a long time. Do not state that there is a Japanese toilet. Shame about these dots because the hotel has potential.

Had high expectations of this hotel and what a let down! The hotel is very nice and modern and clean but the staff are rude and unfriendly and look at u like your from a different planet. Breakfast not great only had it once in a 3 night stay and for a 4 star hotel it has no safety deposit boxes which was strange? And not in a great location nothing within walking distance.
