Property maintenance is really bad If u r tall you have a problem in the shower Breakfast same everyday Snorkel have but no fins The hotel is Construction site Reception staff friendly other staff needs customer service training No visibility of management Towels full of holes Rooms are old Price you pay vs value for money, bad! Dogs in restaurant Good snorkeling lots of corals No sandy beach full of rocks

In the southern tip of the island. Far away from everything. Need a scooter if you want to see something, can be rented at the pier!!! House neat and clean, daily cleaning. Restaurant affordable, service speaks poor English and waits a long time to be served The sea is lovely but rocks so less suitable for kids. Directly on the sea, idyllic experience. Breakfast simple, toast, egg, etc and Thai. Lots of Thai people, but that makes it local. The speedboat arrives in 10-15 minutes, full speed so a lot of bumping, but still very fun. Then taxi, sit in the back of the truck on benches for 100 bath pp because it is so far from the pier. Rental canoe, snorkel and there are more options for a fee. They speak English at the reception, 500 bath deposit. Take Thai Deet with you, lots of mosquitoes in the evening. The sounds of the sea = Rest and relax then you've come to the right place.

They had shown that the resort has sandy beaches but they didn’t have any sandy beach….. The coastline of the resort was rocky. Secondly there’s no wifi anywhere!!!! Not even in the rooms…. Nor at the lobby!!!! Really pathetic Every food we asked for took an hour long to get it served…..During breakfast if one of the items finished off they were very reluctant to refill. And they made faces!!!! And they did not refill the dishes !!! It’s so weird Only 1 person of all the staff knew English, it was so difficult to communicate There was no intercom so that I could talk to the reception… There was no tea or coffee in the room. The hotel is at the end of the island…. There is no conveyance from the wyongdun beach… There is no tuk tuk available The staff was not cordial at all!!!!!
