This place is off the beaten path (south of the city center) and a little difficult to find. It is very secure - gate access in and out. I highly advise you rent a car or motorbike if you stay here, since it is not within walking distance of the town center. Our room was extremely clean, the air conditioning and hot water excellent and no complaints. The daily breakfast offered for a fee was also pretty good. We spent very little time in the room since my friend’s family lives in Kaset Wisai, but I believe it is one of the better options for a westerner in the Roi Et Province. Recommend!

Just had a 3 night stay. Lovely little place. Room spacious and nicely done up. Staff very good. Breakfast cooked fresh for you. Good location, although a little far from the city I had a car so didn’t bother me at all. Pretty quiet at night. Will definitely come back.

Many times I have visited and stayed in Roi Et. Rather than rely on the status quo I am always open to new places to stay and eat. When I saw Coffee and Homestay 568 what attracted me to it was it’s location. I always like to stay as close as I can to the centre of town. According to the location map on their website it is located between the Roi Et hospital and the lake. When in fact it is so far out of town it is up a narrow side street opposite the Roi Et Provincial Prison. Great if you are visiting an inmate. Over the three days I was there, each time I wanted to return from shopping in the town and got a tuk tuk, even showing them the C a H card not one driver knew where it was and how to get there. Every time they had to ring up the lady working there and ask for directions. A good tip is to put your wrists together like they are handcuffed and they will have a better idea where you want to go. The rooms are a good size and clean, so to is the bathroom. There was no safe in my room, it would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. I spent most of my time getting breakfast and coffee at the 7 eleven, which is about five minutes away.
