We chose this hotel for our last night in Thailand since we had an early flight the next morning from a nearby airport. When we arrived, we were given a room that looked nothing like the photos and clearly didn’t meet the standards of a 3–4 star hotel (photos attached). It had a strong damp smell, was dirty, and didn’t even have bedside tables. Since we were only staying one night, we initially decided to overlook it. However, when we went to brush our teeth and take a shower, the water smelled like rotten eggs. The pillow was also dirty and had a few hairs on it. We went to reception and were moved to another room. At first glance, it seemed better, but it was also dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly prepared for guests (photos attached). The bathroom was unclean, and unlike the first room, it didn’t even include complimentary water bottles. The worst part was when we tried to sleep: the mattress was completely worn out, with a deep dip in the middle, and we could feel the springs digging into us. On top of that, the pillow smelled like sweat, making it obvious the sheets hadn’t been changed. We couldn’t even use the sofa bed because it was extremely dirty. The internet was terrible as well. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m only not giving it a zero because that’s not an option, but I honestly don’t understand how places like this are listed on platforms like Booking. It feels like a complete scam. Hotels should meet at least a basic standard of cleanliness and comfort. I won’t be taking this any further since I’m leaving, but I genuinely feel cheated

It was pleasant. The food was pretty good and the pool was cool, service was great, but the rooms weren’t clean and there were several mosquitos in there too. Bed sheets felt dirty and came with hairs that weren’t ours so potentially weren’t washed before we arrived but maybe the washing machine just missed a few bits, who knows.

A good sized room in the older part of the complex. A bit scruffy. No hot water in that section as , I was told, it works by solar power so runs out quickly. Really? When I pay $26 a night i expect hot water. It's quiet. Good location if you need to be near the airport only as it is down a soi at the end of which is a freeway. Would I stay again? If I had to
