Sita Beach Resort And Spa

Met us at the ferry and waited for us to clear immigration. Carried our bags to the waiting songthaew that drove us to the hotel. Check-in at reception was friendly and quick. She let us know to inform her of which ferry we booked to leave so they could arrange free transfer for us back to the pier. The room was nice. AC worked great. Water was refilled and towels restocked daily and even left at the door if we had the do not disturb sign on. Bed was firm. Pillows were firm. Shower had good pressure. Could be smelly when first turned on but quickly went away. Hot water was hit or miss. Huge balcony. No cable but smart tv that had apps you could log in to. Great blackout blinds. Our room was at the top of the hill/at the top pool so we got our exercise but they also had staff at the bottom with golf carts if mobility is challenging. If you have fullblown mobility issues make sure to book a room closer to the beach as some of the rooms at the top of the resort have stairs you have to take to access them. Beach and pool chairs were plentiful. Beach bar beers were higher priced in comparison to walking street (120 baht vs 60) but they were cold and convenient! Food at the restaurant was great! Again higher priced than walking street but convenient when you don’t want to walk to walking street. We had pad Thai, glass noodle salad, and spring rolls along with breakfast buffet and à la carte breakfast and everything was yummy. It’s about a 10 minute walk on the beach to walking street…I’d recommend being mindful of the tide because you can lose your walking path pretty quick during high tide…it’s doable but be prepared to get a bit wet. All the staff were super kind and helpful and any issues we came across, they quickly remedied. Super cute cats and dogs. They had a library and a free water refill machine at the beach reception. The beach out front is pretty close to perfection. And it seemed to be one of the only resorts on pattaya beach where they have lounge chairs out on the sand. Water in front of the hotel was super clear and there was space to safely swim roped off so longtails can’t drive or park in the swim area. The picture I attached is taken from the beach chair in front of the hotel. Also many umbrellas available on the beach when people want shade.

We loved this resort. The room on the hillside was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a quiet resort which we appreciated. It is right on the beach where the shoreline has less boats and nice swimming and snorkelling. We chose it because it is but not in the busy section. It is an easy 5 walk to Walking Street. We would definitely recommend this resort!

Absolutely fabulous stay. From start to finish the Hotel was lovely. Really friendly staff, who couldn't do enough. Very clean and nothing too much trouble. Food was lovely. Hotel staff very attentive and really organised. Will definitely be back
