This 3 star hotel gives 5 star treatment. Loved the deco, loved the room. There is nothing I can fault with this place. Water provided, working kettle, great shower, even a torch on the door incase of a power cut. Beds that were so comfy. Clean. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful, even went out of their way to help find a tuk tuk for us. The cafe on the ground floor has great coffee and the truffle croissant was delicious. I wish every hotel was so well taken care of.

Close to the train station and with the central parts of the city nearby, this is a good option. The reception is located one floor up from a café. Personal check-in and we were treated to welcome tea. The room, 202, was spacious and the bed comfortable. Good shower. Refrigerator and kettle available. No breakfast included

PROS: Very pleasant staff with fuss free check in process Hotel is near quite a few attractions like the famous chok kee dimsum, greenway and asean night market Opposite of the hotel, there's a quite cheap massage that opens till 1am. Loved their automatic dustbins Complimentary bottled water doesn't have weird taste Cons Pretty small room for 2 adults as we booked twin sharing Super duper lumpy bed and pillows! Small bathroom No breakfast provided cuz boutique hotel doesn't have a restaurant All in all, Hat Yai is a sleepy and slow paced town, shopping malls closed at 8pm or some the latest is 9pm. Night market would be the next option. Best thing about the town would be no traffic jam and grab is always a few minutes away.
