Old wooden cottage and very dirty shower room with a problem of hot water. Staff was untrained and did not know if the hotel accept or not accept credit card, very limited service, poor quality internet wi-fi, one light bulb in room was not working, may be good for Foreigners but definitely not for Thais

I like this place. It's quite and private. Also it's very close to old city. You can just rent bicycle directly at hotel. About the price and quality is reasonable. There's also restaurant at hotel. So, you can have a nice and delicious dinner without going outside.

My family (3 adults) stayed in two side-by-side units at Siam Villa on December 29, 2016. Our rooms were clean and included lovely wooden furniture pieces. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the large restaurant across the road from this hotel, and we slept very well in the hotel's comfortable beds. If you are looking for safe, comfortable, attractive, budget-friendly accommodations, I think you will be happy to stay at Siam Villa.
