Fairyland Club Resort

I booked this hotel months in advance for the full moon party. One day before arriving the hotel cancelled my booking on me claiming to have over booked and have since refused to refund me any money. Would not recommend to anyone. Ruined my trip.

absolute terrible service. cancelled our reservation set for the full moon party with less than 24 hours notice. How are you supposed to find an alternate accommodation? We paid and booked more than 6 months in advance. I think they need to re assess their values and maybe close the place. DO NOT BOOK HERE - WILL NOT BE RELIABLE!

This needs to be shut down! Disgrace of service, reception not opened the whole stay for people checking in, or to ask questions. No bar, no restaurant facilities open. Very Dark cobble track up to the bungalows. No lighting so can be dangerous for a girl walking at night. Junk yard at the top of the hill. Disgusting! Rooms awful. Lizards in the room, fridge not turn on, no water provided in the rooms. No cleaning service, meaning no fresh towels for the 3 days we stayed. Ran out of toilet roll too. Don't try and wash your hair here either, water literally trickles out the dark concrete shower. Full moon party or not, this is below any standard of accommodation. WAYYYYY over priced. Needs a MASSIVE OVERHAUL.
