Neptune's Villa Hotel

We stayed at the Neptune for 3 nights during the full moon in a room with a sea view. Everything was ok and breakfast was perfect. The hotel is in a small patch of greenery and the pool is magnificent. The hotel is not directly in the festive area of Haad Rin but we are there in barely 10 minutes. Everything is done on foot. It is therefore very well located. Small negative point, no beach directly.

Neptune Villas are located on a quiet beachfront in Haad Rin. Rooms are small and the beds springy. Nice hotel facilities. There is public car parking available at the pier which 100m away. Several eating options are within walking distance.

THEFT OF MONEY FROM THE Inn SAFE AND REPLACEMENT WITH FAKE TICKETS!!! IMPORTANT, COMMENT TO READ PLEASE!!!! I booked with my two girlfriends in this Pension for a period of 3 days, the first day since we arrived at the end of the day was normal, time to take a shower go eat somewhere to come back very early in the room to rest. The 2nd day we decided to go discover the island after taking their lunch which obviously I will give her a Rating of 2/10 (A lady who crises number by number to recover breakfast seems like a prison system), on our return in the evening we prepare to go out and party a little at the jungle party, before leaving we had to bring money with us to make the exchange, I want to specify that we put our passports and each his money in the safe of the Inn with our own code of course, to our surprise we open the safe we open our coin doors and the is the surprise!!! We discover a good amount of money stolen in each purse, it was 11pm we run to the Inn reception to understand what happened and we prove absolutely nobody!! We relativise anyway and we will be told we will go enjoy our evening and tomorrow we return to the reception in the morning, before going in the evening we had to make the change, each of us takes with her 100 dollars to make the change, we go to the exchange office we give her the 100 dollars each and the guy tells us it is fake notes!!! The Pension guys not only robbed us but worse the rest of the money in the wallets was replaced by counterfeit money which is very serious and we would have risked jail if we hadn’t paid attention to a ticket... The same evening we left claimed from the tourist police who clearly didn’t care about our history and who we had trouble finding (it took us 3 hours of police station search calls to wake a lieutenant colonel from his sleep to write a trial lol!! ). We return to the Pension after having done the necessary trials, the same evening we were terrified and afraid that we would be attacked in this Pension even where they tried to put something in our rooms or in water. In the morning when we wake up we check our suitcases for fear that we will put something in them, we put them away and leave the rooms definitively, we go to the reception to ask to tell the manager what happened and we ask to see the cameras following the request of the police and which was well mentioned in the trial! The Inn refuses to show us the cameras, no reaction, limits the manager to try to turn it against us, the guy was talking to us with lights that tremble the body that also trembles and was firm on seeing the surveillance cameras!!! We were stolen and our money was replaced by counterfeit money. We had paid them in advance, we left two days before, we dropped all our plane tickets and his hotels that were already paid to return home to our country the day after the incident!!! This experience was a nightmare for us and made us hate the country!
