B1 Beachfront Apartments

We stayed here for 6 nights in September 2026, super clean and modern apartment with everything you could possibly need. Stay on the top floor (if you can cope without a lift) for some really beautiful views. The hosts were really helpful, assisting with our luggage, car hire and recommendations. We also used the Chi beach club which was linked to the property and this was really special with free transfers arranged by the hosts. Last year we stayed in the Chi resort (with the same management company), but the B1 property is in the heart of Fisherman's Village which trumped the Chi resort. Would definitely recommend for a couple or family who would prefer the quieter end of Samui and can't wait to return!! Just 1 recommendation is for more storage in the bathroom/shower room.

Charged twice the going rate on a booking platform. B1 chose not too respond to my 4 attempts to clarify AUD $250 per night vs $125 per night (got my bucks... happy days for them). I have chosen to forego my $250 deposit and stay somewhere else, I would not enjoy staying with an organisation with no moral/professional standards. Had a look at the property a week ago before heading out to Koh Tao. Be aware that this property is flanked immediately on TWO sides by active building sites. Perhaps at $125 worth putting up with if you're happy to risk staying at a property with zero scruples.

Beautiful modern spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the sea. Right on the beach, in the heart of Fisherman's Village, close to the airport, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Helpful staff. Particular care was put on design, amenities and cleanness. Friendly staff and good value for money!
