My advice is to stay somewhere else. My experience has been awful. I have found out that room rates offered are higher than competitors around and the quality of the rooms and customer service offered is really poor. Standard rooms are so small than you can hardly leave your suitcase opened on the floor. The superior rooms are larger but the property only have a couple of units that are fine. Majority of superior rooms needs renovations. Let me describe my experience here. Upon my arrival receptionist showed me 3 rooms of which i choose 112 located on the ground floor and close to the restaurant/ bar which at noon starts to play loud music. As I was there not only to enjoy the sea but also to rest and work I asked to move room because of the loud music and because there was no internet signal in this room. I was then allocated room 219 on the first floor. Room was okay-ish. No major issues with it. But at night time i found out that the 2 rooms downstairs on ground floor ( 214 and 215 ) were having party with loud music and slamming doors till 3am in the morning. Despite the fact that the security guy asked them to be quiet considering he time. My first complaint was at 1am. Therefore the following morning i asked to move again due to the fact that this bunch of young guys would have stayed longer. Instead of receiving an apology from the receptionist she complained that I had already moved room the day before! Like moving room (without receiving any help from the staff) would be your favourite sport while you are on holiday. After a couple of hours she finally let me move to a room on the second floor, room 306. If your only option in Ko Samui is to stay at this property please avoid this room. It’s a complete disaster! Wi-fi doesn’t work. The toilet flush doesn’t flush properly and there is no window or fan in the toilet. Therefore there is s funny smell coming from the bathroom. In the actual room there is a window overlooking the staircase and a night time the lights from the corridor illuminate brightly your room. I have complained with the receptionist asking to have my money back so i could move to another property and have a proper night sleep. But she couldn’t give me money back as rates are not refundable and in case of early check out they don’t give money back. I have asked to talk with the manager but receptionist said there was no manager as it is a family-run hotel. The woman who run the bar on the beach was present to the conversation. She didn’t introduce herself but time to time she would have spoken to the receptionist in their own language. Her tone of voice was not friendly at all. I believe she is the owner of the property or someone in charge. However her attitude was very rude and she should learn some manners as well as doing some refurbishment works in the property. Already from the first day of my stay i mentally put her on a black book for 2 comments she made. Through the day i was having juices and she commented “a Muslim holiday for you” clearly indicating she wasn’t happy i was not ordering alcohol! Second comment she made was “are you travelling alone? Maybe tonight you find someone”.... as a woman travelling alone i found this comment very poor. And I would not express any further my disappointment with this woman because she clearly lack of customer service and education. So you better stay somewhere else and you will find cheap rate, better product, better customer service. And a manager / owner who treats her customers with better respect!

Arrived. Room stunk of mould and damp. Asked to see another room. They only had 1 other room available. It was 2 doors down from the other room and was exactly the same tiny room that smelt of damp. Had to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere.

Place is located right by the Chaweng Beach. Nice and helpful staff. Prices are okay and reasonable. They have big plastic chairs that are comfy and you dont need to pay sunbed fee. Instead of goi g super fancy places you can quickly go this place to spend time. They also had food but we didnt try. I would go there again.
