These are criminals DO NOT STAY HERE. they took £2,000 from us and refused to give it back. Please see all videos and images for true representation of this hovel. Bug infested, toilet that doesn't flush, 2 showers both of which never worked as they should and as they were on broken brackets made it impossible when the water did run. The staff are after money here and the Ukraine rep they have Julia is as bad as the rest of them, she will be very sweet and nice up till they take your hard earned money. The owner 'Ploy' is a con artist and should be given an Oscar for her 'me no speak no English' routine. We had to contact tourist police and still we got no where. Lesson learnt this place is woth £100 a MONTH at a push. DO NOT STAY HERE BE WARNED

Extremely bad. Bad service, rude staff, construction going on all around with dirty water in the pipes and bugs all over the ends. The construction here is not done yet and they've put the houses up for rent. We asked to move out after a day but the Mathew and Mae threatened us and refused to return our money which was a lot for the area. Would recommend living nearby in Bangpo Village Resort.
