The room smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years, looked that way too. Small rips in the bedding. Dust everywhere. Mould on the fridge. Stains and damage to the ceiling. Also waited 40 mins at reception to be checked in and the bugs nest in the roof of our balcony. Checked into a different hotel.

TV didn't work, mosquito filled rooms and I didn't even want to use the pillows cause they smelled like they had been 25 years old and never changed. When I asked for a taxi, the person working took a kick-back $ from the driver and the driver overcharged me for the drive.

Really like this hotel, had a lovely stay here. The bed was huge and comfortable. The location of this hotel was great for me - close to bars and restaurants and across the road from a great beach! Apart from the tiny ants in the bathroom and lack of information about the food served, it is a great hotel and I can find no faults.
