So when I looked for places to stay in Samui this place came up with a reasonable price. I looked at the site and it made out like the rooms were let with private balconies and it also said there was a barbeque, so when I got there this was what I was expecting. However I arrived to a room that was right on the stairs with a window that owerlooked the side of the entrance awning, windows that did not close or lock properly and a dirty swimming pool. It was noisey at night and I never wanted to try the food. On the plus side, the motorbike rental was cheap and as soon as I expressed that I wanted to leave after my first night, they allowed me to get a refund in cash and be on my way. So overall at least the service was a bit better than the accommodation. I think this place will be good for those that are out and about all day, but if you are the "chill in the room" type, then I would look for somewhere else.

This is the first time I'm writing a review for a hotel. And the first review is not a pleasant one. I've rated one star for this place although if I were given a choice, I'd rate it as 0 or even negative..My girlfriends have planned a bachelorette getaway for me and so they've booked a villa with a private pool. On the night of arrival, we were welcomed by a huge gecko on the villa's window. Lizards and I don't get along too well and this is a huge gecko. Imagine our horror when we saw this baby alligator sized gecko. The staff who was there at that time was not much of a help (language barrier)and she called up Pom. She gave us a downgraded room as an alternative stay for the night. We had to agree as we were left with no choice. The next morning, she does not even have the courtesy to approach us regarding the matter and it was us who had to initiate the conversation. She was very rude and she was unable to address our concern and told us that it's not her problem, that the hotel has an open concept and it is located on a hilltop and it's normal to have these creatures coming into the hotel. What if there's a snake instead of a gecko? I in turn replied her that it's not our problem that her hotel has a gecko and that her duty is to make sure that the guests are safe and have an enjoyable stay. Instead, she almost ruined our trip (thank god we decided to leave). After talking, she argued with me and asked me to listen to her instead of her listening to me. The best part, she's a racist. She just compared us to this Indian hotel guests who had come to the hotel the other day and caused a problem. We told her that it's not right for her to speak that way and to compare us to the previous indian visitors. Pom could not be bothered and possibly the rudest person that I've ever seen. We decided to leave right after that incident with no refunds given although we demanded for one. Negatives - No WiFi in the private villa (as they have claimed) - At night,it gets too dark with improper lighting - Need transport to get to the town - Hopeless management - Stained sheets (with lizard droppings) Not recommended and don't bother wasting your money!

..Rude staff ..Aircon not good in day time not satisfy, night time the aircon accepted. ..Tv so bad connection,become worst when the worker(Gardener) try to fixed it but useless can't watch tv. ..Shower so bad the holder destroy I need to fixed with my own.I request rope but they give me cloth rope...I tie with my own so no need to have conversation with them. ..Towel have stain and pee of unknown animal..How crazy they serve that to us.Smelly bad....:(.. ..Menu in the room can't order ..nobody attend the kitchen. ...Actually we want to stay here this year again because of beautiful nature around ,and peaceful. ..Last year so good,smiley staff (Rinda )..and friendly.....but now everything change. ...If not satisfy better search other hotel always the staff say.... ..We never step our foot here anymore...;(
