The hotel has an excellent location and the beach area is also very good despite the noise, by water bikes. The breakfast is very good and varied. The rooms are a little worn out. But the part that I liked less was the part of beach support mainly the loungers, nothing to do with the photos wonder, already also worn out and no guard soils, only has in the part of the pufs and bar, I found very weak.

I am writing this review in hopes that the hotel might finally respond to my contact attempts. We booked for a few nights but upon arrival we were checked into a room on the ground floor that had a serious sewage issue. The toilet, shower & sink all emitted a putrid sewage smell and no matter what we did we couldn’t fix it. We went straight back to reception, the staff all laughed with each other as if they were expecting us to come back. They told us there was nothing they could do about the smell so we asked if we could go to another room. The smell was so awful you couldn’t even stand in the room as it was constantly coming out of the bathroom. They told us they had no other rooms available. After some back and fourth the staff agreed that the room was not fit for stay and offered us a refund so we could find other accommodation as they didn’t have a room for us. They gave us an email to contact to retrieve our refund and we have video evidence of them offering a refund. We contacted the email with our evidence multiple times but have not had a single response so am having to take to a public review.

The staff were friendly. The location is right on the beach. There are many restaurants bars and business within a five minute walk.
