A lovely place to stay, it is quiet and a short walk to the beach and to the main town where there is a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Would recommend to anyone who likes peace and quiet in accomadation, but wants to be near entertainment

run down. no closet, no A.C, no frig, no hot water kettle, terrible bed, old worn out room, the list goes on forever, good location is the only positive...

We really liked our stay at Lucky Mother! All of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean if a little small. It had a good fan (we didn't pay extra for air conditioning) and the bathroom was good too. The bungalows are down a little side street which takes you away from some of the hubbub, though it was still quite noisy at times - but I wouldn't have expected anything else just off Chaweng beach at new years!
