Very basic hotel. Beds are very uncomfortable - ironing board equivalent! Basic room, TV didn’t work, no kettle. Towels get changed every two days. Silver lining - receptionist very helpful. very close to the beach. Amazing restaurant next door called the two sisters, best burgers/sandwiches we’ve had since travelling Asia!

We really enjoyed our stay on this resort. Staff was really nice and helpful. Especially Joey, but all of them gave us really good tips for Koh Samui, helped us with car rental and trip bookings etc. The wifi worked fine, pool was a bit small but clean and nice. The location was excellent, beach was about 200-300 meters away and there was many good restaurants and other service (ATM, stores etc.) just near by. Room was clean, nice and simple. Definetly worth the money. You wont't get luxury rooms for these prices, but for the money we paid this was definitely an excellent accomodation. Be nice at them and they'll be nice to you!

The night receptionist was very nice and helpful but the daytime woman who checked me in was not friendly at all, unwilling to answer my questions and was actually rude. This was the main reason why I decided not to stay here longer and book another hotel for the next days. The water in the swimming pool was quite dirty and most importantly on one side of the swimming pool there was a fence made of some ugly green cloth which made the whole area look like a construction site. I didn't see anyone swimming there during my stay.
