I've stayed at many hotels on Koh Samui, but I've never encountered anything as bad as this one. There were problems everywhere. • The staff couldn't find the booking and denied it, claiming there was no booking, even though we had all the booking confirmations from Agoda. The staff refused to listen, didn't even try to find the information or assist the customer, and denied everything. It was a very negative first impression. We wasted a lot of time waiting. • After being in the room for 10 minutes, we were asked to move out, and the reason given was that the room was already occupied. Why would they let our father stay in this room in the first place?! • There was no water supply in the room without prior notice, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, which is the peak water usage time. This directly affected the use of the room. • Communication here is terrible. I'm staying at a hotel in Thailand, and I'm Thai, but the staff can't speak Thai, even though there were Thai people during check-in, and they didn't make any effort to find someone who could communicate. Overall, the hotel is quite beautiful, but I was disappointed by the unprofessional management. This included issues with check-in, room arrangement, problem solving, and communication with guests. Several mistakes occurred within just one night, resulting in a very negative experience.

I had an amazing stay here with my fiancée and another couple the island as a whole is one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. Staff were excellent and very respectful any issue or assistance we needed they were there to help, obviously as it’s a secluded hotel with nature all around you for the off bit of debris in the pool but they cleaned it often and THE POOL WAS NOT DIRTY. Any Karen’s on here complaining about this hotel don’t have a clue don’t listen to them. I’ve had one of the best experiences of my life here. Only thing that’s slightly annoying is always having to get a grab but not a major issue TUKTUKS are fun for coming back to resort also BERYLS BAR which is with walking distance is amazing, there’s a good few stray dogs and cats that are on the island but all friendly and treated very well by locals. You’d be mental not to visit

🙏An oasis of peace and quiet. 1058415854 Only words of praise!! A beautiful place that makes you think of meditation... an oasis of peace and relaxation! Very clean hotel with spacious rooms, a huge swimming pool, staff is very attentive to everything you need and excellent food! Even if you do not have all inclusive their traditional and international menu is vast and very affordable for a 5 star resort!! The only impediment is that it is a little far from other beaches or the center, but the comfort it offers compensates for everything!! They have free daily transport to the center of the island and to one of the famous beaches, so you can explore the island without paying anything. I highly recommend this resort and thank you to everyone there who made our holiday exceptional!! Thank you and I hope to see you again!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
