Raya Boutique Hotel

Walls, windows sheets was dirty. Sink was leaking, shower head couldn't provide good water pressure, as it was was old and clogged. There were cracks in the walls.. Rusty metal surface. Our Deluxe room was shared with small bugs and ants. Spider-web and dust everywhere. There were no WiFi connection. After complaining to the manager, he blamed the Internet provider company, and when we pointed out the real problem (one cheap router for the whole floor, could not cover the area of all the rooms on the floor). Manager did not want to solve the problem, motivating that he has no money to buy more routers and if someone needed WiFi, they can sit in the lobby. Even in the lobby internet connection was very poor. Manager refused giving us refund, although we did not even have time to unpack our suitcases. Location is not good without rented bike. Lack of shops, bars, restaurants. Nearby beach is not for swimming.

I was a long-stay guest in Raya Boutique Hotel. It was a budget hotel and fairly good stay except few issues. i.e. poor wifi connection in some location, bathroom etc. but fixed immediately most of the time. Generally good stay!

The hotel is spacious! Love the wide open hallways, big rooms, and a pool. The lobby is wide open and staff were very friendly and helpful. They really went extra mile to help me out! They also rent out scooter for cheap which was very convenient.
