The location close to Chaweng, Supermaket (Tesco Lotus) cheaper price. Can to go everywhere. New Manager helpful everything. Friendly staff. Next time I will come back here. Thank you for front manager

This is our last night here and I do not recommend staying here .On the website it states there's an indoor pool ,an English speaking receptionist and that you're able to book transfers.This was all a lie ,there is no pool ,they do not speak English and you can't book transfers.The location is awful and very far out from anything ,they do provide a shuttle but only when they can be bothered ,so you end up paying taxis to go anywhere .The rooms are a good size but the beds are like sleeping on concrete.The website is very misleading about this hotel so feel it's only fair to make others aware .

Me and my boyfriend have stayed here twice now. The first time, I had a real enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is very clean, aswell as the rooms. The rooms inside are lovely. Spacious, air con, good wifi & Hot showers. Everything you pretty much need. However, I found the beds extremely hard to sleep on, but everyone has a different preference. The second time I stayed, again all the main requirements were met up until we checked out. We never received our deposit back because the receptionist said we had signed a receipt yet none of us were given a copy & it didn't match any of our signatures so unfortunately we lost our £20 deposit (in our case £60 because there was 6). Just be aware of any receipts they give you KEEP HOLD and double check its YOUR signature so you do not have they same problem as we did.
