Koh Tao Bamboo Huts

The Bamboo Huts - as part of the Charm Churee Resort. Koh Tao Bamboo huts is a amazingly beautiful and we very excited to literally be above the ocean. It seems great value to have this type of view. Hut - The hut itself is beautiful with every convenience you could hope for and views out to the ocean. Service - I cannot compliment this resort enough, the service is excellent, staff here are always so polite and happy. Food - The breakfast was very good and we can also recommended the starlight restaurant.

We love this place very much. Good place for relax. You can even snorkelling in front of your room. But if you come with your parents, please make sure that they fit & firm because from your room to restaurant or reception is quite far.

The bamboo huts over the water with private pools are absolutely gorgeous. Something worth traveling to Koh Tao for. During the day it felt like a dream to drink coconut water from a fresh coconut on our private deck and then swim in a pool hanging over the ocean. The restaurant is beautiful with great food. However, depending on the hut that you get, be aware that the walls and ceiling are not completely sealed...leaving room for bugs to enter. My husband and I thought the bug net over our bed was cute decor, but it was actually crucial for to us to sleep. Our bathroom was gorgeous and outside, but at night that's pretty scary. We walked out in the dark to see green goo everywhere and our toiletries tossed around. In the morning the hotel said we may have had a few bats visit. They helped take care of it by hanging a net to prevent them from coming back our second night. Thank you! Overall the hotel was beautiful and the huts are unreal. Just be careful if you are afraid of noises at night or bugs.
