Fantastic location, restaurant opens directly on to beach. Room was very large as was bathroom, all spotlessly clean and comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated but this didn’t bother us. Peaceful despite its location, pool and beach areas both quiet. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Free transfer from the ferry Easy check in. We had rooms on third floor with pool and sea views. Would be better having a pool room. Less stairs. Breakfast was amazing and the food at night was great. The pool was great and swim up bar. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff kind. Cocktails on the beach. Right near the town jetty and town. Loved our stay here. Would come again. Very safe with children.

The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel was great. It was lovely being right on the beach and being able to see the sea from the property, which definitely added to the overall experience. However, overall it was not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. At times, particularly around the pool area and at breakfast, it felt more like a three star hotel. While the beachside setting was a big plus, we were a little disappointed with the condition of the sun loungers as they did not always feel the cleanest, and some had bird droppings on them. The pool towels were also quite small and did not fully cover the loungers, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was okay but fairly average, nothing particularly special. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were kept clean. We were not personally interested in water sports, but we did notice that guests were being taught to snorkel in one section of the pool, which is a great addition for anyone looking to try this. Overall, the hotel was fine and suited what we needed, which was a good location to explore Koh Tao for three nights. However, we would not describe it as overly luxurious.
