Great location, with access to the Main Street, with coffee and food options. The property location is gorgeous. No halal food in this resort and none on the street either, but lots of veggie and fish options to choose from. We had room service, was reasonable priced and the food was good. This is a budget hotel but it was clean, tidy, functional and the breakfast was ok too. The pool area was lovely, we had a nice swim. You can also leave your bags there if you get there early. You can tube down the lake nearby too. Bed was ok, comfortable enough for a 1 night stay. You are warned to lock doors as monkeys will come in to your room if you don’t!

Hotel back under construction, is not yet how it should be. Beautiful location next to a nature park. Cottage was fine. Small rooms and no baggage holders or wardrobe

I have written many reviews on this platform and always try to stay positive. Not this time, however, this hotel does not earn a penny from people's holiday budget. However, it is a beautiful domain in a beautiful location. This must have been a beautiful resort once, and it has all the assets to be. But we found: faded glory, a deteriorated terrain, dirty rooms... The domain: dirty swimming pool with frogs in it, deteriorated and dirty playground, broken lighting, dirty paths. Here and there broken structures and buildings. The rooms: upon entering we were welcomed by a gecko and a cockroach stunner. The curtains had a blood stain, the sheets were stained and torn, the towels reeked of urine, dirty handprints on the windows and mirrors, cobwebs, dusty in the corners. Empty soap dispensers. Ripped dressing gown. Broken lighting, towel rack hanging half loose, the walls full of holes, a sink that does not drain.... Service: the cleaning staff made attempts to get the cockroaches and gecko out, but those animals outran them so drowned the staff. We got fresh towels. And finally even two new rooms after we complained to our travel agency. But it is clear that there is a structural problem in this hotel with cleanliness and maintenance. Also the new rooms were not much better (but a bit) - one room stank. Breakfast: very basic in an unsociable room. The syrup was especially attractive to the wasps and the fruit juice dispenser was full of ants. This is a beautiful domain on the edge of a nature park. You see beautiful fauna and flora. The monkeys walk around, which is very charming on the one hand. On the other hand, they also terrorize the resort: we saw a monkey aggressively jumping on the breakfast table, they try to enter rooms and pee everywhere (eg just outside the door of your hotel room). It is clear to us that this hotel has a problem on so many different levels, which points to mismanagement. One day this will be a beautiful resort again, but for now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
