The rooms, especially the bathrooms are extremely poorly ventilated. A basic exhaust fan in the toilet would be really useful to prevent unpleasantness in the room. No night lamps either in rooms...

The rooms are sparkling clean, have air conditioning, in-room hot shower, towels, a fridge, soap and shampoo, breakfast and air conditioning — which in my experiences so far is amazing for 400 THB...

Not a good place for material people. It can only provide bed and breakfast. Rooms are clean but they do not provide living utilities like electric pot or hair dryer. No english speaking staff there...
