Koh Mook Charlie Beach Resort

Overall, it was a good choice. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was good, and the view from the resort was exceptional. However, I chose the wrong room. I wanted to be as close to the sea as possible, and the rooms in that part of the resort were outdated. The newer buildings, a little further away, seem more modern and comfortable, but it was my choice. On the other hand, it had a sea view, and I enjoyed being on my balcony. One big plus was definitely the pool. It's a bit far from a beach where you can actually swim, as the beach in front of the resort isn't exactly suitable for that. I recommend renting a motorbike.

Beautiful resort setting in a lovely garden by the sea, staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The family room we had, was large with good decor but needed updating, the air- con was noisy and didn't work properly but luckily there's electric fan to ease the heat. The swimming pool was really nice, a great addition as the beach at the hotel isn't suited for swimming. The Dada restaurant was really nice overlooking the sea, serving fantastic buffet breakfast, plenty of choices with eggs cooked to order section. We love the roti!! We also had delicious dinner at the Dada restaurant both nights we stayed.
