Koh Ngai Fantasy Resort and Spa

We had a very disappointing stay at the hotel, which did not live up to expectations at all – especially not in relation to the price. The room seemed worn and poorly kept. The private pool was green and awkward upon arrival, and the same was true of the common pool, which was also clearly missing. There was even an old maintenance sign from 2025, which did not give much confidence to the standard. In addition, there was no wifi in the room and we experienced daily power outages from 10 to 15 am due to maintenance, which was very bothering. During our 5-day stay we could not use the private pool for 2 of the days as it had to be cleaned – and that required repeated reminders from our side before it was done. As compensation, they offered a cheap bottle of wine from the kiosk, which in no way matched the many genes. Overall, the stay was far below the standard and we are very disappointed with both the hotel facilities and their handling of the situation. The only positive is the surroundings that were top class.. Beach, water, etc..

Positive is the island itself (very quiet, beautiful sea and beach...). The hotel itself is relatively large for Koh Ngai, has pool, restaurant etc. However, the plant has become old, relatively worn out, etc. Food in the restaurant only average; water supply in the bathroom in the villa etc. very poor with frequent, strong pressure fluctuations etc. Rooms but renovated...
