Rooms were ok, But the area outside was completely derelict. The beach was full of garbage, furniture by the pool was thrown away anyway. It was just like they totally gave up, trash everywhere. Avoid this place, there are so many beautiful places here on cow Chang. Don't waste any day here!!!!

Previous reviews and pictures have tempted me to come to this place. But the reality is quite different. It looks like a totally run-down hotel. The beach is tiny, not maintained and full of garbage. Canoes (2) are abandoned on the beach. No reception: only 3 people to make the hotel run in full season. Of necessity for cleaning it is complicated, many places are very dirty or crowded. The deckchairs no longer have cushions. The wifi is unusable. The rooms are still beautiful but: excruciating bedding (you can feel the mattress springs) and it smells of mold very strongly because there are big humidity problems in the hotel. The smell is really uncomfortable: as if I were sleeping in the cellar. Finally the biggest problem: the hotel totally isolated has no restaurant and cannot feed you. They still serve a breakfast) but they should be notified the day before. ! There is a meal delivery service but the meal is at least 300 baht. The hotel has a small grocery store with instant soups and chips... I think it was a very nice hotel in the past (maybe even with activities ) but there is absolutely nothing there. There are things to visit around (“mangrove, waterfalls etc”) but no activities on offer from the hotel except renting a scooter. Boat tours or diving on the island often depart from the west coast. So you are totally isolated (you must know) Alone for positive: The sea view is beautiful and you are quiet.

Nice place for relax and escape from people but quite far from restaurant. Cleanliness must improve especially at the corridoor and balcony. Staffs were nice but the front desk is empty sometimes. Please make sure you have your own car before choosing this resort.
