The place is just very outdated as a whole, the rooms and areas around them. The location is good both tor walking to the beach etc or getting a taxi. The bathrooms are definitely unique, the whole room yer soaked while showering and takes a long time to air the room out to dry. The hotel lacks basic amenities. The rooms are clean however which was nice. We found the staff to not be as welcoming as other places we have stayed.

I think that this is a family run hotel/resort. It seemed like the family has a house on the premises. It is next to an elephant sanctuary and once in a while there was a bit of noise from the elephants...but that was nice if you like trumpeting and other elephant noises. It has both aircon and fan rooms. The water pressure is okay but not great. It does the job in the shower I guess. It does have blackout curtains. It's right no the main road in Kai Bae Beach. It is just a little bit expensive for a fan room compared to what else I found but I didn't move since I didn't want to uproot myself just for aircon. Everyone was friendly and they did make a personal car reservation for me so that I could get back to Bangkok without hassle.

Simple room without air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. you can get by. But to wash, you have to suffer. There is no water pressure at all. The room itself is clean. The linen is normal. Well, not a single description says that the upper bungalows are located at the 5th floor level. In the end, I got it. Farthest from the entrance. Then only the jungle if you have bad knees. Although I asked as low as possible, they said there were no other places. Although exactly 20 minutes after moving in, I saw how people were moved into the same bungalow, but at a lower level. I arrived at 12, checked in at 14. I was ready for this. In general, for those who have problems with their legs, here you will finish them off. Zero customer focus. Price 850 baht. I'm glad that I rented it only for 2 days. We have already selected a more worthy option for less money
