We always enjoy traveling to the top resort. The rooms are clean, and the staff speaks German, English, and Thai. Assistance is provided for questions and problems. The housekeeping and kitchen do an excellent job. Tom's restaurant has a good selection, and we recommend the pork knuckle :) We highly recommend the top resort for families and trips with friends. You can get to the center of White Sand Beach very quickly, and the 7-Eleven and the hotel's bay are also worth a visit. Best regards to Bernhard, Rogi, and Alisa!! :-)

We stayed a total of 8 days at the resort. In the beginning we were accommodated in a room on the main road. Then asked for another room after 2 days. Here, over two levels had a beautiful view of the Gulf of Thailand, incl. Sunsets. A must for any romantic! The pool complex with the "good soul" Dong really nice. The in-house restaurant was great. Good food, nice and friendly service. Now to the rooms: I would call the rooms, we know two, dingy and rocky. There was mouse poo in the shower, antswherever you look, lacukaratcha in the drains, mouldy joints, holes in the kitchen, fridge dirty and only half usable. For "backpackers" maybe still acceptable, but for almost 100 euros per bungalow I can really expect more. We have already stayed in better accommodations for half, which were much cleaner and nicer. We have heard that the owner has unfortunately passed away and the current operators do not value the property... Oh, yes, the way to the reception was so slippery from the moss that I mowed myself twice. Another guest, too. Only after the third announcement was something done.

Potentiel is there, but not used Surroundings are great, that's about it on the positive side. Disliked · When arrived i were meet but a grumpy German guy, that mostly reminded me of one of the grumpy old men from Muppet show, i booked a double room, but only got one breakfast coupon, and right away i noticed it were a cash voucher, not just free breakfast, so i asked for 2 coupons for the breakfast, he said that were not necessary, the amount on the coupon were just internal use, i could get whatever i wanted. (true but had to pay for everything succeed the cash amount on the voucher, so "free breakfast is only partly true) They installed a fancy new plug in the wall for Usb, mine did not work, i told the German guy, he answered i were lucky cause you never know what voltage that goes out of those, and they were dangerous for my phone, right ! so why install them ? Also my floor, had a heavy weed smell, i also told him that, and he said i know, comes from neighbor, we can change that ! The Bathroom sink only had cold water, on a crocked side bent waterfosset, that i could not get my hands under. rooms though, were big and pretty good, apart from some stupid torn paintings on the balcony, why not remove a white wall would have been 100 times nicer. All staff, apart from the cleaning ladys seemed grumpy all the time, never saw any smile, only from cleaners !its just a shame, cause potential for sure is there, with the great surroundings, and rooms that easily could be made great instead of good! BTW my freezer in the fridge were totally iced up, no space for anything but the unfrosted ice, told him that too, and he said oh you can easily fix that, just leave the door open till tomorrow ! *smile* He ended up fixing it though after insisting i wanted a cold water now. Asked to leave a day early, cause due to low season, i could not get to my next destination on the day, so had to leave a day early, he just gave me a runaround and said it were through Booking that were done, and booking said they needed a confirmation from him, which he chose never to reply on, to booking !!!
