Modern Thai Hotel Betong

Stay and sleeping comfortably, easy to get food and market walk

Stayed for two nights for business. Hotel is located in the city, walking distance to many places to eat. Nothing flash about the hotel, basic. If you’re on the 6th level, the elevator only goes up to level 5, then you have to walk up some stairs. Elevator is really slow and small. I stayed on lucky level 6, where the walls are paper thin and you can hear the people in the next rooms. Seems to be an add on after construction. Have low expectations and you’ll be fine. I found the room clean enough, and towels fine. Bathroom very small though.

We booked a twin bedroom with confirmation. Staff gave us 1 king size bed while we checked in. We then asked for an extra blanket, however we got charged on the extra blanket. Been talked to the front desk while checking out but returned with very rude and impolite from the front desk staff. Besides, rooms are very dirty and with dead lizard in toilet. Air conditioner very noisy. Will never come back.
