I spent my vacation at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine smiles by Khouloud, Ismat, and Mohsen at the reception. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home right away. A special thank you also goes to Mr. Kouni, the cashier, whose generosity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service truly stood out. At the bar, it’s impossible not to mention Adel, whose warm smile and positive attitude brighten everyone’s day. He is always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. In the restaurant, Mr. Belgacem amazed us with his incredible memory and exceptional service. Even though our previous stay was three years ago, he still remembered the table we loved and offered it to us without us even asking. That level of attention to guests is truly remarkable. The food is delicious, combining the authentic flavors of the Sahara with traditional Tunisian spices. The pastries deserve a special mention—they are simply outstanding. Light, made with real nuts and high-quality ingredients, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and so delicious that you could enjoy a whole plate even if you weren’t hungry. The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from quad biking, camel and horseback riding, and the breathtaking sand dunes of the Sahara. The rooms are spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable. Your professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail make this hotel a place we will gladly return to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the Sahara.

No comment. Not 4 stars hotel, but may be 2. Bedworm, not clean, some part end wood windows destoried Eccellent restaurant staff. Congrats.

The hotel is very nice, although the bedrooms, at least ours, were a bit unattractive since it had four beds, the two in the bedroom plus the two extra ones that were unnecessary since there were only two of us. The buffet was quite good and the dining room was very spacious. Otherwise, it was quite acceptable; we only stayed one night, but we had time to enjoy the pool.
