Fiesta Beach Djerba

Overall, we had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were pleasant, the food was varied and of very good quality. A special mention to the Tunisian restaurant, which was our favorite due to its flavorful dishes and excellent atmosphere. The Italian restaurant was also very good. We also wish to thank the servers, who have always been professional, serious, cheerful, and attentive. Their work deserves to be highlighted. The entertainment team greatly contributed to the success of our vacation. Rico, Aziz, Drama, Chaïma, and Zoé were exceptional. They are always cheerful, polite, available, and create an excellent atmosphere throughout the day. Their kindness and involvement truly make a difference. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the behavior of the entertainer Bob. Unlike the rest of the team, he seems to be less invested in his work. He acts like a big shot, speaks poorly to the entertainers, and creates an atmosphere that seems stressful for them. He almost never greets the clients and gives the impression of reserving his attention for certain young girls. This attitude made us uncomfortable and does not reflect the professionalism demonstrated by the rest of the entertainment team. This is why, despite the many qualities of the hotel, we only give it 2 stars. This is regrettable, as the restaurant staff and the majority of the entertainment team certainly deserve a better rating. We hope that this situation will be taken into account to improve the work atmosphere and the reception of clients.

I stayed with my family with my two children, very pleasant room, very good dining, a very nice team. Kudos to the hotel management for the wonderful vacation we spent at your place, we will surely come back.

Fiesta Beach Hotel in Djerba is rather nice and family-friendly. The restaurant staff are very attentive and very kind. The pool bar servers are top-notch. Innovation stand for the entertainers who approach the clients with simplicity, joy of living, and above all good humor despite working all day in atrocious heat. However, I am dissatisfied and shocked by the way the entertainment manager treats the entertainers, with arrogance and malice in the way he does and says things!!!! Mr. Entertainment Team Manager, a little smile, even just towards the clients and your entertainers, would be welcome and would do everyone good... The entertainers do their job very well, no need to put pressure on them. Smile, you are being watched by the clients!!!!!! Big up to the entertainment team and strength to you with a "MEAN" manager.
