Back from a one-week family stay where we had an excellent vacation. The pros: The hotel is magnificent and quite well located. It is very clean and the gardeners do an excellent job. The path for direct access to the beach is superb. The hotel staff is very pleasant and attentive. The food is very good and varied, special mention for the famous Tunisian doughnuts (bambalouni) shaped and cooked on-site, they're to die for!!! The crepes are also cooked on-site as well as other desserts every day. The beach is calm and quiet, watch out for jellyfish! To finish, the entertainment team is great! Big favorite ❤️ for Dido, who welcomed us with a lot of kindness and warmth. A shout-out also to Zizo and Dragon (thanks for the dance lessons), Simo (excellent dancer, always smiling), coach Mario, Momo and all the others...you are great!!! The - : Sun loungers are a rare commodity near the pool; it is better to put your towel down early, but also think of other vacationers and remove them when you leave the pool. No water bottle in the room, but you can buy one at the hotel shop for the price of 1.5 dinars. Just a small downside, the air conditioning was not working properly in the room, but that is nothing compared to the common areas where the hotel staff works tirelessly in the same conditions. Also note the fires in Tunisia which caused water and electricity outages for sometimes several days in certain places. Fortunately, we were spared. I highly recommend this hotel!!! We felt very welcomed even though our stay was too short and we would have liked to be able to enjoy and share more.

Unfriendly reception that tries to scam you right upon arrival regarding the tourist tax by trying to make you pay double for children aged 3 and 7. Very little variety in fruit and raw vegetables. AC broke down 2 out of 7 nights. Temperature at 47 degrees because of the nearby fires. The only positive point is the entertainment for the children, which was great.

Club to be avoided absolutely, old, dirty, the staff is more than unpleasant, no communication for the excursions, the entertainment is very basic and the food is not varied I hated it
