Hotel Hamilton

Very bad experience - To avoid! We booked two rooms for two couples at this Pension, and our stay was a nightmare at Check-out. Upon arrival, we discovered that the bathrooms were not cleaned, with hair found in the shower. The sheets were dirty, and the curtains were covered in dust. In the second bedroom, the situation was even worse: the shower hose was broken and the room was just as dirty. I immediately called the manager to show him the state of play. His response was disappointing: he said it wasn't a big deal and he was just going to change the sheets. I explained to him that the problem went well beyond the sheets and that the whole room, including the curtains, required complete cleaning. We decided to leave the Inn and waited 30 minutes with our suitcases in front of the entrance. Meanwhile, we talked to another guest who told us that he had paid 70 dinars for four people a night, despite the cleanliness of the place. In comparison, we paid 180 dinars, while the Award on the Internet was 124 dinars. After asking for a refund, the manager agreed to refund us, deducting a sum of 40 dinars because we had stayed 15 minutes in the rooms. In short, this Inn is dirty, poorly maintained and the service is poor. I strongly advise against staying here. You will certainly find better elsewhere for a similar Award.

We visited this hotel 2004; (so the When you travel part od Feb.2018 is not true) So this info is not up to date. it`s been 15 years; I was just looking back on my photos during our visit there; We organised this trip via touristic agency back then. it was good enough for student travelers; Remember the food was the same all the time, kus-kus, yellow rise... One thing I can never forget is that the cable of the AC was short and that we bought an extender to plug it in because it was to hot and no one in the hotel spoke English to understand our request; Non the less we had a nice time in Tunisia back then; How ever I don`t recommend this hotel :)

Horrible customer service All are lies about this hotel. We were shocked because when we booked the hotel via online arrived at the hotel. The pictures of the hotel was the complete opposite. All scams people have to be careful of not booking this hotel.
