La Residence Hammamet

Very friendly staff, although I hadn't booked a room they were kind enough to let me use their facilities.

At check-in, the staff was friendly, and I was even offered a lemonade. However, there were a total of 4 staff members standing by during the payment and check-in process, which I personally found a bit uncomfortable. The room was really nice, and I also liked the terrace and the pool. However, something often broke, for example, the sink was clogged or the toilet did not work. On the positive side, the hotel staff made an effort to resolve the issues quickly. What bothered me during the stay were the loud construction works. Unfortunately, there was also no proper beach area with loungers that could be used well. Therefore, I went to Yasmine Hammamet almost daily to spend time by the sea. The music evenings on Thursday and Friday, on the other hand, were very nice and created a good atmosphere. I would be cautious when booking excursions as well as regarding price indications in euros and dinars. One should think carefully about the massage offerings as well: The 30-minute massage was very pleasant and completely sufficient. I found the 50-minute treatment to be too long, as time was lost in between.

Very pleased with everything, the receptionists were pleasant and polite.
