Le Paradis Palace

An incredible stay here for 10 nights. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottles of water left. Food was lovely, there was something for everyone. The entertainment team were incredible and tried getting everyone involved and put on shows every night. Would recommend for everyone and all ages

It's in a really good location, the rooms are lovely with beautiful views. The animation team is great they create a fun atmosphere and are always happy to chat. It's super clean and they guarantee quite after 11 plus they offer rooms in a quiet area. They have fun activities running all day also. They also have breathtaking views.

Positives: Helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Some staff were so so lovely and went out of their way to help us Clean and beautiful areas Fun slide and pools Great vibe around the pool in the day Massage at the spa was lovely Food variety was generally good - we loved the fresh bread and salads Negatives: The food is cooked with & smothered in vegetable oil - we had lots of tummy aches in the beginning before realising the cause and avoiding. Found 1 member of staff uncomfortable to watch (e.g. stroking the legs of guests, inappropriate behaviour towards other parts of women’s bodies). Although meant well, the super-friendly nature of staff could be overbearing for my 3 year old. One took her teddy and another tickled her armpits. She was terrified of them and they didn’t understand she needed space, not trying harder to win her over. This was quite stressful for us but we were helped with this after speaking with the host. It would be better if staff were a little sensitive to other cultures who aren’t quite so hands-on friendly to start with e.g., simply say hi to children first to gauge how they react and go from there appropriately. Rooms were lovely and clean, but aircon was clearly mouldy and damp smelling which wasn’t very pleasant & not great health-wise. Evening entertainment was pretty poor and the children’s disco was unnecessarily & deafeningly loud.
