Residence La Paix

I have visited Tunisia several times , sincerely a big bravo for the staff of this hotel , the Best Service, kind, helpful, smiling..... The food is acceptable, the pool is a bit small and the location is a bit far away , we had to take a taxi every day , the beach is also beautiful , no animation In general the stay was good.

2 stars is too much for this place. The pool maybe it doesnt look dirty but the smell of urine its so strong, there wasn't a spot around the pool to sunbath without beeing hit of a strong urine smell. The balcony, the room,the bathroom smell also of urine. Maybe there was a pipe nearby, maybe the sewers..i saw the ladies cleaning daily with probably pure bleach but the smell was still there. Few of the guys working there speak very good english and are always very helpful, and then some dont know what customer service means.The building from outside looks nice, but is in the middle of nowhere, doesnt have a spot on the beach, no restaurants really near by. I will never come back here, and i dont recomend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and nothing was good , no service , very very dirty rooms , the air condition was not working , and the best is the breakfeast , they bring you a coffe and some bread and that it !! the swiming pool is dirty , we went there cause we had no place else to go otherwise we would never stay 2 night , i will never be back
