Residence Mehari

We had a great stay at this hotel. The pool was clean and well looked after, the staff were friendly and always happy to help, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. A special thank you to Eva, who was amazing throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location, hotel and staff, the staff were very attentive and helpful, when we needed a new fridge cabinet it was dealt with immediately, they were so reactive to guests needs, So much so that the restaurant manager when hearing I was gluten free went to a special bakery to get me artisan gluten free bread which was lovely, they would even let me know what I could and couldn’t eat.. room was clean and the view from the balcony was fantastic, pool was never too busy, but although signs say no reserving sun beds people did, slope into the main pool was very slippery and I saw so may people slip, was worrying when a lot of older people kept slipping, The heat was about 40- 45 degrees so if it’s really hot don’t think of taking on anything that doesn’t come with some shade attached 🥵
