This place should not be called a hotel. It is a complete scam, unsafe for families, and a danger to anyone staying there. I am writing this review to warn others and to ask Tunisian Tourism Authorities to investigate and close this property immediately. Our stay at Villa Noria was a complete nightmare. We paid for a family vacation but what we found was a place full of dirt, danger, and dishonesty. It caused us emotional trauma, sickness, and physical injury. 1. Safety and Equipment: Nothing works properly. The shower, toilet, and sink were all broken, with large holes and leaking taps. The swimming pool was extremely dangerous — tiles were coming off the floor, and both my husband and I got deep cuts on our feet while swimming. My foot started bleeding heavily and got infected. This is not a safe place for children or anyone. The air conditioner made loud rattling noises, shaking the wall, and we were scared it might fall and injure someone. It barely worked and didn’t cool the room. The whole place felt unsafe and poorly maintained. 2. Hygiene and Cleanliness: There was no hygiene at all. We found cockroaches everywhere — in the bed, on the kitchen counter, running on the floor, and even climbing into our luggage. There was thick dust on all furniture, stains everywhere, and an old bad smell in every corner. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was clogged, and when we used the shower, the water sprayed all over the floor because the showerhead was broken. There were no towels provided for five people. We had to beg for towels for a week. When we finally got some, they were torn, dirty, stained with blood or unknown marks, and they were from another hotel called Marhaba, not Villa Noria. There was no room cleaning at all during our stay. We were completely ignored once we paid. The reception didn’t care, and every request was left unanswered. 3. Kitchen and Rooms: The so-called “studio” was worse than an abandoned apartment. The kitchen was full of cockroaches and smelled horrible. It was so dirty that we couldn’t even place our food. There were no utensils, no cleaning products, and no proper fridge. The beds were broken, with wooden frames collapsing and mattresses full of stains and bugs. Our children were given two single mattresses that were dirty and rock hard, and the room was filled with dust and insects that made them sneeze all night. None of us could sleep properly. We were first offered two separate studios far apart from each other — one in the north and one in the south of the complex — which is unacceptable for a family. When we refused, they offered a “two-bedroom studio,” but what we got was an old, broken, and unsafe apartment. The doors wouldn’t close properly, the lock was broken, and the wood was cracked. 4. Service and Honesty: The staff ignored all our complaints. When we went to the reception to ask for towels or cleaning, they acted like we were invisible. Once they take your money, they stop caring. They advertised this as a family-friendly hotel, but it’s a trap. It’s not even close to a 1-star property. It is a health and safety hazard. We even saw ants crawling on the floor, and cockroaches moving fast across the walls. My son had to sleep in the dirty kitchen on a bench they called a “bed.” 5. Swimming Pool Injury: The swimming pool floor was broken, and I got severe cuts on my feet that started bleeding immediately. The staff didn’t care or offer any first aid. This injury left a scar and caused infection. It could have been much worse. 6. Misleading Advertising: We chose Villa Noria because of the photos online — they were completely fake. The reality was dirty, broken, and dangerous. This is not a hotel — it’s a scam. They take people’s money, give them an unlivable apartment, and then disappear. 7. Authorities Must Act: We are calling on the Tunisian Tourism and Health Authorities to inspect and shut down this property. It is shameful for Tunisia’s hospitality reputation. No one should be forced to stay in such conditions — not tourists, not locals, no one. 8. Our Verdict: Unsafe pool that causes injuries Cockroaches everywhere Broken bathroom and furniture No cleaning or hygiene Torn and dirty towels from another hotel Ignored by staff and reception Misleading photos and false advertising Villa Noria is not a hotel. It’s a dangerous and dishonest place that should be closed. To anyone reading this — don’t waste your money or risk your health here. This was not a vacation; it was a nightmare. Please stay away for your safety and peace of mind.

Catastrophe in the meaning of the word in which I am currently not added nor respected by the staff of me serving the restaurant ..no respect for the pool time at night from the hops and doughnuts...the food is catastrophic ..the style of the staff at the restaurant is endlessly unedited ..the food is increased....the hotel's adjustments are catastrophic .. ..the arrival even if you arrive at 7am leaves you until 2pm and the room is destroyed ..the catastrophe....the entire peanuts are lost their dirt we recommend the owner to close it finally ..because it is a member disaster.

Don't expect luxury. Hotel well just to sleep and enjoy the pool ladder cassee. On my arrival circuit breaker that blows, 1 hour wasted trying to repair, finally changing rooms with broken fridge door, no microwave and air conditioning that barely works. Too bad a beautiful potential place but not maintained.
