Overall, my experience at this hotel was very good. My family and I had a great time, especially thanks to the entertainment team. If you’re looking for a hotel with fun and varied daily activities, this is definitely the right place. And overall very child friendly. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always do their best to make your holiday enjoyable. The restaurant staff also deserve praise, as they always make sure everyone gets a table, even if you’re traveling with a larger group and want to sit together. The food itself wasn’t very varied, but you can have fresh meat and pasta prepared right in front of you, which is a nice option, even if you sometimes have to wait a little. There is also a snack bar that is open 24/7, where you can always get food and drinks. There are plenty of activities available outside the hotel as well. You can go horseback riding (the horses looked healthy and well cared for), ride quad bikes, or try jet skiing—all at reasonable prices. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, so you don’t really have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Overall, I would happily give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The only reason I can’t give it the fifth star is because the hygiene standards could be improved. The sun loungers by the pool were not cleaned regularly, and while the bungalows were cleaned every day, it often seemed that only the basics were done. The public restrooms, as well as the tables and chairs in the common areas, also needed more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our vacation.

Where do I start it was a nightmare from start to finish first we were put the furthest away possible from everything my sister had just had a hip replacement so couldn’t get to the restaurant pool etc without a long walk the room we had was a disgrace toilet seat hanging off shower fixing hanging off tv didn’t work ants everywhere air conditioning didn’t work properly and speak about basic no kettle cups fridge not even a glass we eventually got a move to a room closer still the same basic room Food was discusting it reminded me of the pushing and shoving in dinner school lunch was the same as dinner every day nothing for British only chips and that was a fight to get them they don’t restock food very often so some days we ate just chips and doughnuts no ice cream or cocktails and no sugar free fizzy juice unless you pay for them so all inclusive is a joke just as well we weren’t diabetic as with no fridge couldn’t store sugar free which would have you have been bought at £2 a can Entertainment was rediculous only staff from during the day dancing on stage to recorded music every night for the 10 days we were there obviously no entertainers been paid to perform anything we were sitting in our room for 10pm every night as nothing else to do Whole place is dirty when we arrived someone had cut thier foot so prints going up the stairs from beach and pool 10 days later still there even tiles etc indoors were never washed and tiles outside all cracked and broken a real health and safety issue along with the broken and missing drains all around the pool an accident waiting to happen Beach covered in cigarette butts and camel snd horse poo couldn’t even go into the sea as it’s full of jellyfish and when you come out your whole body itches for hours not good can’t diy as pool as no beds and I don’t know how many verbal fights we witnessed it was shocking all in all our holiday was the worst I have ever been on the staff were pleasent but very overworked whole place needs refurbished after paying a lot of money we expected a good holiday TUI should be ashamed nowhere to go outside the hotel it looks like the an apocalypse had hit we paid for a safari with TUI what we got was a very dirty run down zoo with not alot of animals k felt so sorry for the ones that were there then a trip on a pirate ship that looked as old as Noah’s ark it was a rabble very run down and very dirty lunch was slapped onto thin disposable plates nothing to drink unless you paid entertainment was 3 guys dancing about shocking another trip from TUI I wanted to come home early but couldn’t get flights Complained to TUI they don’t want yo know they already have your money PLEASE think again if you are going here change it quickly never again
